1. Assassin’s Creed (2007)

This is the first installment of Assassin’s Creed, and Desmond Miles is voiced by Nolan North, who wakes up in a laboratory inside the Animus, which is a machine allowing him to relive the memories of his ancestors. He confronts the man who is responsible for bringing him to the Animus, only to be blackmailed by Vidic (Phil Proctor) for information obtained by reliving the life of Altair.

When Desmond sets foot on the Animus, he begins telling the story of Altair in which he retrieved the golden orb. When his mission fails, his ranks and weapons are snatched from him. To reclaim his original title, he is sent on a mission to assassinate nine members of the Templar organization. While on his way, he must also collect the data on each target and report back.    Desmond is allowed to rest between the trails of the Altar, where he becomes very close to Dr. Vidic’s assistant, Lucy Stillman, who Kristen Bell voices. Desmond learns about modern-day Templars in these brief breaks and what they are after.

This version of Assassin’s Creed will be easier to run for gamers with a budget or lower-end PC. It will be easier to run because the game only requires a dual-core processor, 2GB of memory, a DirectX 9.0-compatible graphics card, and 8GB of storage space.

2. Assassin’s Creed II (2009):

This is the second installment of the Assassin’s Creed Saga; here, Desmond is training to be a modern-day assassin with the help of a past ancestor. The Animus gets into the memories of Ezio, and Ezio’s story starts during the 15th Century Renaissance. He then watches his father and brothers being killed, and after that, he heads toward his uncle Mario’s villa.

In the second installment of all Assassin’s Creed games, Desmond and Dr. Vidic run into a roadblock when they discover that the parts of Ezio’s memories are being protected. They are unable to be detected by Animus.
